European Grand Prix / France (28-29/11/15) - Paris @ Epitanime

Our European Grand Prix (EGP) has finally been announced ! It is a Weiß Schwarz circuit (japanese format), for european players only !

At the same time as the Bushiroad World Championship (BWC), 5 countries will host Regional Qualifiers for a first qualification step for the World Grand Prix (WGP) ! These Regional Qualifiers will be held in Germany, Austria, England, Italy and France !

Our Continental Qualifier will take place in France on 29/11 ! The winner will be invited to Japan for the WGP final phase !

All information relative to the EGP 2015 will be released very soon ! Do not hesitate to follow and comment this special circuit created by the european community for Weiß Schwarz players in japanese !

General informations

- No Entry Fee is Required
- No players limit : we will be waiting for all of you between 9.30 am to 11.00 am !
- In order to help the organizing team and to make everything go smooth for you, feel free to pre-register there : Click here
Note : Pre-Registered players will get a priority in order to receive Participation Prizes

Schedule

- 9.30 am to 11.00am : Tournament Registration (there you can get your Participation Prizes)
- 11.00 am : Briefing and starting of the 1st Swiss Round
- 11.00 am to 01.30 pm : Round 1 to 3 with additionnal time (extra-turns)
- 01.30 pm to 02.30 pm : Lunch Break !
- 02:30 pm : X Swiss Rounds (based on the number of players). Number of rounds will be announced before the round 1 according to the number of players*
* Swiss Rounds Based on Total Number of Players:
3 to 8 Players : 3 Rounds
9 to 16 Players : 4 Rounds
17 to 32 Players : 5 Rounds
33 to 64 Players : 6 Rounds
65 to 128 Players : 7 Rounds
- After Swiss Rounds : Cut Top 8 → 15 min off & star of the Side Events
- After Final: Declaration of Winners, Awards and Congratulations!
- About 08.30 pm : End of the Main Event and the Side Events

Additional informations

- Don't forget : this event is "Japanese Cards Only", your deck must have no English Edition Cards
- The EGP is Neo-Standard, your deck must then be legal in this format
- The Japanese Banlist is active, your set could then have restrictions applied ; please check them out before
- Each player can register in this Event giving thier names and a deck list (last one from Bushiroad BWC 2015 or free paper but this list MUST BE READABLE)
- Each player must have the English translation of cards he is playing printed or saved in a file on mobile and ready for use if needed or asked by his opponent. We only accept HotC translations
Participation Prizes are "while stock lasts". Please, pre-register to have priority over them !

Side Events Information

Side Events will be held after all Swiss Rounds are completed. You can sign up for side events or just play and challenge the other players in a Weiß Schwarz, Cardfight !! Vanguard, Future Card Buddyfight and Chaos TCG Events.

According to the number of players, bonus prices will be given from Epitanime's staff !
